Products & Damages
Q: What should I do if my vase arrives damaged? A: Ceramic and glass items are fragile. While we use highly secure packaging, accidents in transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the outer box. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Q: Are your vases sold individually or in sets? A: We offer both individual pieces and specially curated sets. Our "Set of 3" bundles are highly recommended, as they are designed to perfectly complement each other and create an effortless Wabi-sabi aesthetic in your space.
Q: Will the actual product look exactly like the pictures? A: Due to the nature of Organic Modern and Wabi-sabi aesthetics, many of our pieces feature natural textures and handmade finishes. Slight variations in color or texture are normal and make each piece unique.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
