    At Arthouse Central, we carefully curate each sculptural piece to bring serenity and elegance to your home. We want you to absolutely love your new decor. However, if a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help.

    1. 15-Day Return Window
    We accept returns within 15 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and crucially, in its original protective packaging.

    2. Return Shipping Costs (Please Read Carefully)
    Due to the heavy and fragile nature of our ceramic collections, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any change-of-mind returns (e.g., "didn't fit my space" or "changed my mind").

    Recommendation: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items damaged during the return transit.

    3. Arrived Damaged or Defective?
    Ceramics are fragile by nature. While we utilize highly secure, custom-molded packaging, accidents in transit can occasionally happen.
    If your item arrives damaged, please do not worry. Email us at support@arthousecentral.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

    Your order number.

    Clear photos of the damaged item.

    Clear photos of the exterior and interior packaging.
    We will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be sent your way. No need to ship the broken pieces back to us.

    4. How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return, simply contact us at support@arthousecentral.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return authorization and the exact return shipping address. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first).

    5. Processing Your Refund
    Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
