Delivering to Your Sanctuary At Arthouse Central, we know how excited you are to elevate your space. Because our sculptural vases are made of high-density ceramics, we take the shipping and packaging process very seriously. Every piece is carefully inspected and secured in custom-molded protective packaging before it leaves our facility.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on your exact location and local carrier efficiency.

  • Please note: While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing are occasionally out of our control.

3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Arthouse Central is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages During Transit We package our ceramics with extreme care, but we understand that transit accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please do not worry. Email us immediately at support@arthousecentral.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a free replacement for you.
